Which top UK University can accept me?

I am an undergraduate in grade 3 and my major is accounting. My average score is around 85, but my university is not 211. I plan to get master's degree in UK after graduation. I didn't take IELTS or any other language tests. Please give some suggestions and recommend some universities.
So obviously it is really difficult fro us to recommend suitable universities & courses. However based on the information you gave us you can still be accepted by a very good university. Some top universities/courses stick absolutely to the rule of accepting only 211 universities but other universities (with similar ranking) do not.
One thing you can do to help your application a lot is to get a good IELTS score, the higher the better and to get it before you apply (if you can).
It depends on the precise rank of your university in China and also your exact grades but basically a top 5 UK university will not accept you and many of the top 20 universities will also not accept you, however the more famous universities with business or accounting courses that are most likely to accept you are:
Essex
Glasgow
Leeds
Cardiff
Edinburgh
Loughborough
Newcastle
St Andrews
Remember you don't have to study Business/Accounting and it is often easier to be accepted in to top universities when you apply for a less popular subject.
