I want to go to the UK to study HRM postgraduate. I have 6 year HR working experience in Shanghai. I want to go to the UK this Sept for HR postgraduate course (CIPD Accreditation). I hold a bachelor degree in Administrative Management issued by Fudan University (part-time study). And my diploma is Journalism issued by Fudan (part-time study as well). I will take IELTS next month.

May I know which universities (its location is nearby London Area would be highly preferred) I can have some possibility to be offered the seat of postgraduate study?

If your grades at university were good and assuming your HR work experience is also good I would suggest you can be accepted by most if not all of the universities. Most universities require a GPA (%) of 80%. LSE, Aston, KCL and Manchester usually require 85%, however if you have very impressive work experience (junior-mid level management in a multinational company's HR division) they may accept a lower grade.
