Besides transcript, study certificate, reference letter, PS and resume, what else do I need to prepare. For my published thesis, do I need to translate the whole of it or just an abstract can be OK?

You need to include 2 references and also your IELTS/TOEFL certificate, if you do not have an English score yet then include a note in your application form saying when you will take it and what your predicted score is.
It is a great idea to include your thesis, especially if it was published but you definitely should not translate it all as the Professor will not read it all. A one page summary of the thesis or an abstract is fine. Also, as it has been published can you include a copy? So if it was published in a magazine or journal then include a copy - again not the whole magazine, just your article.
