My situation is undergraduate, major English (Teaching) GPA 3.3, I will take IELTS in Sept, and plan to go to the UK for English Education in 2007, could you please recommend some universities for me, when should I start my application? Do I need work experience for this?

The best universities for this major are: Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, Essex, Birmingham, Lancaster, Manchester, Newcastle, Queen Mary, University of London, University College London, Westminster, York and Edinburgh - these universities will require a final undergraduate score of 80%+.
