MA in Human Rights Practice Scholarships

The Programme objectives are to prepare students:
- To work effectively with the protection, promotion and implementation of human rights in a changing global context.
- To take up careers in human rights work in civil society organizations, governments and the public sector and business.
- To develop analytical expertise in human rights perspectives, contexts and organisations
- To evaluate and apply this knowledge to different cases and practices
- To develop programmes of action and policies as appropriate
- To compare analytically human rights practice across different cultures and nation-states, recognizing that interpretations and practices vary in different regions of the world.
The EU Commission will grant scholarships to highly qualified third-country graduate students and scholars - to students to follow a selected Erasmus Mundus Masters Course, to scholars to carry out teaching and research assignments and scholarly work in the institutions participating in the Course. Students and scholars must apply to Roehampton University. The MA SEN consortia will apply to the Commission for Scholarship funds. Scholarships are paid through the MA SEN consortia.
