Most courses are in the areas of Business and IT (Computer Science). There are a lot of Masters courses in Business and IT that are for people who have studied any subject at Bachelor degree level - including Chinese.
As a language student you would also be very suitable to study a Masters degree in English Language Teaching or Translation/Interpretation Studies.
