The MSc Human Resource Management (MSc HRM) combines academic work with professional training, and is aimed at those who want a career in human resource management. It is slightly more UKbased and also carries a British professional qualification, Graduate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. The syllabus comprises of four Course Units The compulsory courses are: ID400 Employment Relations: (Full Unit) ID410 Management of Human Resources: Michaelmas Term (Half Unit) ID411 International Comparative Human Resource Management: Lent Term (Half Unit) ID430 Organizational Behaviour: Michaelmas Term (Half Unit) ID431 Organizational Change: Lent Term (Half Unit) ID493 Human Resource Policy and Practice is divided into three parts: (a) Workshops (b) The Links Programme (c) ID420 Lectures, workshop ID499 Project Report & Research Methods for Industrial Relations: (Full Unit) and MI451 as part of ID499
