i would like to ask anyone could help me..about my entrance into masters degree. i had got 5.5 band score in ielts..which in not makes me to be eligible to masters pursuing.but i have heard that if u had good scores in english in tenth and intermediate with medium as english until urs bachelors then an exception can be seen in ielts score.. here are my english scores in intermediate(+2) and tenth|(10th)... intermediate - 86% 10th - 80% i had my english medium from schooling onwards.. plz help me out whether the stated information about exception is correct or wrong..and also suggest me..how can i get selected into good universites to prusue masters in marketing in uk business schools.. could u also give me how much does it cost to my masters in uk in figures(approx.,)for the following education accomodation travel expenses from india how about the presently part time jobs to indian students availablity in uk..and job prospects too., thanks in advance for anyone's help.. |

sento 2009/10/29 20:17You can be accepted with IELTS 5.5 as long as you take a presessional English course. This is an English language course run by most universities in the summer before your degree begins. If you do this course then they will accept your English as being good enough. Depending on the university the course will be 8-12 weeks long.
Look for 'Presessional Courses' on their websites. A degree will cost between 8-12,000 pounds per year Accommodation will cost 2.5-5,000 pounds |
