could you please tell me the exact difference between uk and usa masters??
also i heard that masters done in uk is not globally recognized,is it true??

No that's not true at all. UK degrees are of course recognised around the world as long as you study in a university in Britain. - they are very prestigious and that is why the UK is such a popular place to get a masters degree.

The main difference between the USA is that a masters takes only one year in Britain whereas in the USA it is 2 years. There are 2 reasons for this: (1) in the USA bachelor degrees are general and students will study many different courses but in the UK you specialise only in one subject for 3 years. So at masters level the starting point can be considered to be more advanced in level of previous knowledge for the UK (2) the study for a masters degree in the UK is very, very intensive - you will be writing essays every day for 12 months (no joke )

Both countries are great destinations for international students
