asking for help about university£¡thanks

hi~everyone£¡ i am a new one here.
i have a question ,haunting me long time. I am a senior student in shanghai marine university which is not in 211 educational project of university in china and I will be graduated on 30/06/2010..my major is finance.Now I have been facing a complex problem that I am not very good in academic performance , you know just GPA 2.96 that means average score is just 82.33, but I am confident about my abilities. One example is that I am a manager of community in my university and hold several great activities and I once got some internship in some companies, such as internship in the branch of bank of china and a salesman in nike chain department in shanghai zhengda plaza. At the same time, I volunteered for some international exhibitions, such as international marinetec exhibition, not bad, Right?
