Uncertain about prospects, need your advice

Hello!
I would be really grateful if you could help me and, please, clear out my situation.
I’m a non-EU student with Law degree and would like to switch to the courses like MSc Air Transport Management (probably Logistics)
1.Would you recommend that I first should take MSc in General Management/Business just to gain some knowledge of finance, marketing, etc as I don’t have the slightest idea about the content of business subjects+no knowledge of Business English?
2.When it comes to job, will the employer take into account only Master’s degree or it’ll be important what kind of Bachelor’s degree I have, where I obtain it and so on?
3.Is it possible to find MSc with great number of classroom (contact) hours, as I’m afraid I’ll know still nothing after graduation?
